If you received a damaged or incorrect item contact us here immediately so we can resolve this for you. We answer all messages in 1-2 business days. If you do not hear from us within this time frame we have NOT received your message. Please submit the form again or email us directly at info@ladycanine.com.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you must return an item, fill out the contact form, and we will send you a return authorization number and return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to sender, items are shipped from our warehouses worldwide and we process returns nationally.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for refund.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will quickly be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange an item within 30 days, we can make the exchange free of charge. Return shipping costs for the exchange are at the customer’s expense. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Items for exchange must be returned in perfect, un-used condition. To initiate a return, exchange, please contact us here with the order # to receive detailed instructions and an exchange authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and do not guarantee an exchange or refund.
